Intertest successfully completed the installation of a full online partial discharge (PD) monitoring system at a power plant in Poland, acting as Megger’s trusted subcontractor and value-added partner for this project.

Our team performed the complete on-site implementation, including:

• Installation of coupling capacitors for all three generators
• Cable routing and full system integration
• Offline calibration to ensure accurate and reliable PD detection
• Preparation for online measurements using the newly installed ICMobserver, housed in a rugged Outlander case
• System setup enabling the client to perform periodic online spot tests for each machine with the ICMobserver
